Prices, payment & delivery


Our prices on this website are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. Customers ordering outside the UK who have a valid EU VAT number do not have to pay this tax. Please contact us with your order details and we will issue an invoice where the tax has been removed and which you can pay by using a card or bank transfer.
Our prices are reviewed daily and may change without a prior notice.
However, if you have ordered and paid, we will honour the purchase price even when the price has changed between the time of the payment and dispatch.

Viewing and ordering products is simple and secure.
Simply add an item to the shopping basket and a new cart window will open.
There you can continue shopping, add items or proceed to the checkout.

You do not need to use a credit / debit card or PayPal to buy from us. If you prefer to order by bank transfer or a cheque, please call or email us.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to shop with us although having one would speed up your checkout process.
We do not see or store your financial information so you can be sure of the security of your transaction.
Our shopping cart uses the most secure transaction methods available in the UK today.


Our items are delivered, depending on the destination, size and weight, by the couriers or Royal Mail.

Delivery cost is calculated at the checkout and varies according to the size, weight and destination.

We anticipate to dispatch all the stock items, ordered before 10.30AM the same working day. Our standard delivery time is 2-5 days depending on the destination.

If you need any item delivered ASAP, please call or email us before placing your order.

Our lead time for out of stock items is 10-15 working days from the receipt of the order although this is often shorter and in some rare cases, longer. If your ordered item is out of stock, we will inform you about the availability and the delivery schedule.


If you would like to order our products to be delivered outside the UK, please note the following;

Our shopping cart will calculate the cost of shipping to your destination. If your country or destination is not displayed, please contact us for the shipping details before placing your order.

The cost of overseas shipping can sometimes be high but this varies according to destination and the size + weight of the items purchased. All our shipments have a tracking number which is needed to ensure that the items have been delivered and to the correct address.

The delivery time to overseas destinations vary and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. All orders however are treated in the same manner and the goods are dispatched without a delay. We will provide tracking details to your order so the shipping process can be followed up.


When your items are dispatched, we will send you a courier or Royal mail parcel tracking number. If you have paid with PayPal, tracking details will be sent to your email you used when paying..

Some orders which are sent by the standard post do not have a tracking number.

If you have lost or not received your tracking number, please contact us and we will find it for you.
